MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Memphis police officer is out on bond, after being charged with aggravated child abuse.
Memphis police spokesperson Sgt. Karen Rudolph said fellow officer Mutima Winters is relieved of duty, pending the outcome of a child abuse investigation.
