Just once I got bad soggy fries and took them right back up and they gave me fresh. They’re usually very fresh.

Hey, there's no need to get huffy. We were having a civil conversation. And if you check my repsonses you'll see that I didn't bring up anything that wasn't directly relevant to something you said first.

"Gram wise, Oil is one of the most calorie rich foods you can eat, that is why you can reduce the calories in chicken by baking it instead of frying it."

Yes, no dispute. But it turns out that calories are not the determining factor. Fat accumulation is a metabolic problem, not a calorie imbalance problem. Carbohydrates raise triglyceride levels and create a poor HDL/LDL cholesterol balance. The science has shown this for a very long time.

The problem is, like global warming, activists and government funding have co-opted the science and distorted what we are being told.

BTW, I had two Jack in the Box tacos for lunch today, and I lose weight while continuing to eat them.

Both Five Guys and In-n-Out will server their burgers without buns too. At In-n-Out you order them “protein style”. Had a Five Guys the other day right before seeing Atlas Shrugged.

Five Guys... but I’ve always liked Fuddruckers the best.
