As a Missourian, I have to ask, will it include reciprocity with other states?

If it does not, it is still worth supporting. Many other states started without reciprocity and have it now. It is also possible that a court will rule that reciprocity is required under the Second Amendment, but only if you can legally carry in that mode in that state.

Indeed. Looking at a "reciprocity map", I find that I can now drive from Washington state back to Louisiana and have legal CCW all the way if I have a Washington CCW. FYI, the route is: Idaho, Montana, S. Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and finally, Louisiana.
