I happen to think there is embarrassing stuff on Obama’s birth certificate and this is the reason he is concealing it. For example, that his parents are not who he says.
But if it turns out he was born elsewhere, what is your remedy? Do we file suit against him and ask the courts to eject him? That would take long and how in the work would you enforce it? There is no constitutional mechanism or provision that gives the courts power to order an unqualified person out of office, whetehr he was born elsewhere or was under 35 (which would also be grounds to disqualify him.

How about impeachment? Forget that one because you will never get two third of the Senate to vote to remove him.

Face facts. The way to remove him is an election. (And there are plenty of reasons to defeat him.) Of course, he could be ruled ineligible to run for reelection, which would give the Dems a new candidate with a better shot of retaining the White House.

Actually we already know he isn’t able to serve as POTUS, his father was a British citizen which means Obama can’t be a Natural Born Citizen, and therefore cannot be POTUS.
After he is exposed the peopel we demand he e removed and the senate will have no choice.
Besides, a person who isn’t President cannot be impeached.
I agree with Brices Crossroads, this president is a one-termer just on policy grounds. All the gaps in Obama’s past will be fascinating to study after he has been defeated by a conservative Republican in the next election. And I thank God for Mark Levin.
