Thousands of residents of southern Israel spent Shabbat in bomb shelters, as Hamas terrorists from Gaza continued firing rockets at Israeli targets in the Negev. Since Thursday, Arab terrorists have fired over 100 mortar shells and Kassam rockets at Israeli targets, with fifty fired since early Saturday.
The rockets hit not only areas near the border, but areas further inside Israel, including the Ashkelon area. Four Grad-style Katyusha rockets hit areas near the city, but there were no injuries or damage reported. However, several people were hospitalized for shock, and as of Saturday night, three were still in the hospital.
Damage was reported in several towns, and major damage was reported in a kibbutz in the Sha'ar Hanegev Regional Council, where a water pipe was destroyed. Residents said that they felt that the days of Operation Cast Lead, when Hamas fired hundreds of rockets at Israeli civilians, had returned.

Of course not but what cause would there be for that? If self defense is not the most basic human right then there are no such thing as human rights.
You all know this is because of Bammy being chummy with the Egyptian Taliban. Having forced Mubarack out Egypt is now saying they will open Gaza and any attack on Gaza will be met by Egyptian force.
So now Ham-ass and their associated terrorist buddies, have free reign to do whatever the hell they want to see how far they can push Israel before the Israelis respond in force. While the Israelis are forced to walk a tightrope between protecting their citizens or taking out huge numbers of Ham-ass and risk the wrath of the new Egypt.

I just hope that Obama doesn’t play games with Israel. The Israeli’s have a right to defend themselves. i can see our Moslem President supporting a UN Libya type no fly zone. Somehow I see the whole Mideast up risings being part of an Arab Brotherhood plan to destroy Israel. You can bet that Obummer will either fall for it or is part of the plan.

We can defend ourselves without killing everyone. It’s been proven time and again. Even at Deir Yassin, the Irgun safely transported 200 Palis to the Old City of Jerusalem before entering the fray. The 105 who perished had disregarded the warning. Propagandists later mixed them up with the 145 Iraqi irregulars and claimed they were all civilians, and Begin decided to let them lie as much as they wanted so as to scare away large numbers of Arabs. It worked. They talked themselves out of a majority in Israel and into refugee camps, where their Muslim “brothers” keep them to this day. It is not necessary to commit mass slaughter, not when you can simply allow mass confusion to do the work for you.
You still have a problem though and it seems to be growing.
Israel needs to mount a terror campaign against Hamas in Gaza. An initial 48+ rocket salvo followed by random multiple or single launchings at random targets every 15 or 30 or 45 or 60 minutes for a week. A week break. Resume for a week. Stop. Resume. Stop. Resume. The Palestinians will be going nuts (along with Obozo and the UN).
Make certain that after each first attack, the Palestinians are showered with leaflets telling them they're now under random rocket fire at the time and amount and place of Israel's choosing. Funny, but I don't see a Hamas equivalent to Sir Winston Churchill rallying the Palis as Sir Winston did for the Brits during the Blitz of 1940.
