Starts out he has a DUI, he illegally cross the border as a teen, starts family,The couple had divorced before his arrest and here I did not see what the charges were for in 2007 he was ordered to serve a mandatory 24-hour sentence, their 13 year old child , struggled, his grades went into a tailspin and he began seeing a counselor, this seems to be a pattern here. American kids can make the same argument if one of their parents is locked up, somehow we never hear about them, but when it happens to an anchor baby it is front page news. The courts are doing the same thing they did in Prince William County the illegal who killed a Catholic nun catch and release. They give him a work permit, I am not sure from story he says he fears he'll be stopped by police and somehow end up in jail, if he is implying he has no drivers licence and no insurance.I do not understand why illegals are getting preferred treatment.

“It all imploded one day in late 2007 when he walked into jail to serve a mandatory 24-hour sentence.”
Huh? Mandatory 24-hour sentence. Doesn’t that imply the commission of a crime (beyond that of his illegal alien status)?
