Planned Parenthood makes a big issue out of abortion in the case of rape and incest. Does Planned Parenthood have the proper staff for forensic investigation of rape victims and preservation of evidence for trial? Or don’t victims normally go to a hospital?

From the evidence of testimony of Planned Parenthood workers to victimized women, they seem to tell them to LIE about the nature of their pregnancy and just bury the evidence with yesterday’s trash to let the rapist/relative victimize again another day.

Those that buy into the emotion that is Leftism fall back on the ‘one person’ theory. I had an argument with my Leftist sister about notification of parents when giving contraception to grade school girls. She said ‘but there’s that one girl who cannot talk to her parents’. I just saw this morning a claim that PPP’s business is just 3% baby killings. It may have been on ‘Way Too Early’. I think it was by number of procedures, with the claim that breast exams and cancer screenings were much more common. I don’t believe it.

First, I didn't quite understand, so I watched the video.

In the video, Mika Brzezinski states that Sen Kyl said on the floor of the House (sic), “90% of Planned Parenthood funds go to fund abortions...” She then tosses off to the PP feminist, who refutes it and says 97% of their funds go to women's preventive care.

So, my question is, what is the lie? What did Kyl actually say? Breibart's blog posts states CNN Misquotes Kyl. What was Kyl's original quote?

Well, even according to the link from PP above, it’s 3% of their total services, not just surgical procedures, which are a pretty small part.

I heard that Kyl has even backpedaled on the quote and stated he “didn’t intend it to be factual”.
