The more important issue, IMHO.
US law is based on old English law, which states a child inherits the citizenship of the father.
Should the child have access to another country's citizenship through the mother, the child has the right to choose citizenship once that child reaches the 'age of majority' and becomes legally capable of making those decisions.
You can bet your sweet bippy that Sleezeball Barry took the cash for foreign student aid...particularly since he held Indonesian citizenship at the time.
Trump is just a bit short of the level of wealth or pedigree it takes to get voted into the elites club..notice how they court guys like zuckerburg and gates and eventually they take a seat at the table.
