His numbers are being driven by the price of gas and anger over Obamacare. I don't think anybody seriously expects him to be a budget hawk.

The speech will not help him. The American people and voters have his number, total ZERO, Failure & Empty Suit across the board. Worst POTUS ever!!! Watch those TV viewership numbers drop again. Once the Black & other minority voters throw him under the bus, and.....it has started already, he is total toast!!! Thank God!!!

Yep... and I don’t think anyone is going to buy it. His leftist base sure doesn’t want it, and he certainly won’t be fooling any of us on the right with his very sudden “concern” for deficit spending.
