Greenwich Woman Nearly Decapitated (OJ Simpson revisited)

NY, NY: A 23-year-old former Greenwich (CT) woman was stabbed to death inside her Lower East Side apartment early Sunday morning. Police said she was nearly decapitated and they have arrested her boyfriend.

Police found Sarah Coit in the living room of her third floor apartment at 63 Clinton St. shortly after 2:30 a.m., suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Detectives arrested Raul Barrera, 33, who lived with the her and charged him with second-degree murder.

So, in other words, someone in legal possession of a means of self-defense might have been able to save her...

Oh, wait, never mind! This happened in NYC, no one but the police, certain 'special' individuals and Mayor Bloomberg's personal body guards is legally allowed to own or carry a means of self-defense.

Why do so many blacks take Hispanic names ? Not specifically speaking about him, he looks both black and Hispanic, but Hispanic names is a relatively new trend among blacks. Muslim names, nonsensical names, Hispanic names..anything but YT I guess.

Nope. One way or another it's always the victims fault. And by the time the defense rests its case, the perp is the real victim anyway.

In NY 1st degree means murder with “special circumstances”. These can include the victim being a police officer, corrections officer or judge; the use of torture; multiple murders and terrorism.

I live in the Northeast and I have never heard of this trend. Usually blacks with hispanic names are hispanics themselves. The black people in my neck of the woods have names no differant than the whites. Blacks in the ghettos make up names or use Muslim names, but whites in the trailer parks name their daughters with pornstar names.

From what I remember, first degree has to be planned and premeditated. Second degree is usually at the spur of the moment. Meaning you wanted to kill the individual at that moment, but didn't plan ahead to do it.

In NY, many of the blacks with hispanic names are Dominican, Cuban or Puerto Rican. There’s a pejorative used to describe this, but I can’t post it.
