HusseinCo’s and PelosiCo’s states have about the highest gas tax based upon PRICE in the country. Will the clueless Hussein Heads realize it?

And yet... I still haven’t heard the kind of outrage that was evident when gas got near $4 a gallon under GWB.

I cannot express the depth of my contempt for the media. They have far surpassed lawyers in terms of my “hate list”. And that’s remarkable to me.

I live in San Jose, CA. and had to gas up this morning on my way into work and paid $4.23 (Chevron).

Unbelievable.

This cloud has a small silver lining. Less gasoline sold = less gasoline tax revenue collected.
On the other hand, spending all our expendable cash on fuel starves spending everywhere else. That hurts business and therefore employment.

“cutting back” = slowing economy = Obama’s ratings going further in the tank.

If the ultimate outcome is to kick Barry to the curb, I will grin and bear it.

I’m surprised to see this in the news. When Bush was prez, the impact of high gas prices on the everyday working person was plastered all over the news, constant interviews at gas stations showing the $$$ racking up and the poor person who has to pay it just to get to work. I still haven’t seen a story about the latest high prices on local TV.

When Bush was Prez the media had one family after another proclaim that “Bush’s gas prices” were starving them.

There’s only so far one can cut back.

We stil have to drive to work, for one thing... at least most of us.

We might cut off that visit to Grandma, but we still have to get to Wal-Mart.
