Why not? The voters in CA selected him and his ideology.
This all to speed up the “Too Big To Fail”, so the rest of the country can ‘save’ them.

Perry can’t be grinning to wide, that a-hole signed a bill for Texas requiring 10% “renewable” energy.

This is the "'Thelma & Lousie Ending'" comeback strategy for California: make it even MORE prohibitively expensive to do business in California.

"California businesses and residents will ultimately have to pay for both."
For those that remain behind. People and businesses are fleeing the state and the trend will accelerate. The wealth producers who leave are replaced by wealth consumers, generally uneducated and unskilled third-world migrants.
When California defaults on their bonds and are effectively cut-off from credit markets, I see them seizing assets on the flimsiest of pretexts.
To: Godzilla
Don’t worry. Wesley Mouche will simply pass some directives preventing California businesses from leaving California.

How’s about a recall movement similar to the one you did on Grey Davis?

costly renewable energy for electric generation in the Golden State to 33%
Thereby assuring generations of rolling blackouts and power outages. California: welcome to America’s 3rd world.
