I seriously want to know how he can vote against a single-issue bill that simply stripes FEDERAL FUNDING FROM Planed Nonparenthood. He’s got nowhere to hide. On some omnibus bill, he could semi-plausibly lie that he was voting for the “whole package, warts and all,” but here??
