Irrespective of where he was born, McCain's father was under American orders to be there, and his mother was a dependent of his father also governed by American law and subject to those orders.

McCain was born well within the jurisdictional bounds of the United States.

Obama's baby daddy was a foreign national in the US for his own interests. Any claim to American citizenship rests with his mother's status under the law in 1961.

I've been changing my focus on where he was born to him needing two US Citizen parents to be POTUS.
