"One nation" and "indivisible" are the two phrases he lifts from the Pledge, and he is entirely right to do so within the context of his message.

He said, "On the 105th anniversry of the beginning of the Civil War, the words, "one nation, indivisible" mean more today than most other days." He did not mention anything about phrases.
