If they come walking up to you hands up, or are seriously wounded, that is one thing. We never refused aid to the wounded or Hoi Chans.
Catch them in the act of offensive military or para-military operations? AMF.... and if they can't take a joke, screw ‘em !
I can not imagine how the ROEs will be in Libya. Best bet, use RPVs.
