The experts blame rising gas prices on unrest in the Middle East

That's good to know. For a minute there, I was going to blame it on curtailing Gulf drilling, no ANWR drilling, no new pipelines, very few new oil drilling leases anywhere, new new refineries in 30+ years, while telling the Brazilians we would buy everything they could drill. Can I presume that if I were to make that accusation, that I'd be racist?

Yes you would...and you'd also be racist if you blamed it on inflation from printing so many dollars (to buy all those T-bills) that our currency is heavily devalued.

Of course.

And for the record it is also George W. Bush’s fault. After all he is personally responsible for ALL of the unrest in the Middle East: past, present and future.

;-)
