(Reuters) - President Barack Obama will set a goal of reducing the U.S. deficit by $4 trillion in the next 12 years or less in a speech Wednesday, a congressional source said.
His plan would curb the U.S. deficit to 2.5 percent of GDP in 2015, and by 2 percent toward the end of the decade, the source said.

It’s clear that Obama is totally incompetent when it comes to economic policy and federal spending, energy policy, foreign policy, upholding the laws of the United States, the war on terror, and in his role as commander-in-chief. His solution to every issue is to give another speech, and he stinks at that too.
Obama is nothing but a liar and he is following his father the Devil who is the father of lies.
WE can not trust or have faith in anything Obama says because essentially EVERYTHING coming out of his mouth is a lie designed to manipulate and deceive the masses.
Cut $4 Trillion by ONLY running up the deficit $20 trillion? Boy, what a deal!
Well if obama resigned that might be somewhat helpful to that end.

Alright, let's run with it. So, O wants to get at that 7 trill.... He simply creates some sort of HEAVY, burdensome tax based on 401K balances, and then offers tax payers the option of early disbursements from those 401Ks (without the 10% tax penalty) to pay that tax. Does that sound plausible?

We know HUGE cuts are needed - across the board.
This is going to get bad - really bad. If we don’t fix the debt.
What happens now - we need MEGA cuts.
This ship is sinking. Fast.
Someone better come up with solid ideas to fix the problem.
Add on top of that the potential for a major war in the Middle East - not these little wars we have seen so far. A regional war.
Not going to be pretty.
