I believe 13 states have made serious efforts in that direction. Several of those 13 states have gone a fair way down the path and then ... just sort of ... stopped.
No one has yet passed the bill. And I find that queer and disturbing. It's like they were spoken to and told to knock it off. Or else.

No one has yet passed the bill.Sad, but there it is. We the People can not force our States to adhere to the law. They do as they please, and apparently it pleases them to allow the charade of Obama's reign continue unimpeded.

Interesting theory...Perhaps the states were advised that “Federal Funding” would cease if these ballot “initiatives” passed the legislature and were signed into law..........
