If the NBC clause just doesn’t matter, than what makes you think the cops need a warrant to search your house? They want to search, they can search, any time for any reason. Sure, the Constitution is very clear on the fact that they cannot — but who cares?
And who knows? Maybe Obama will end up getting elected to a third term! What would stop him?
