Exclusive: Trump to Announce His Run for President
Newsmax ^ | April 12, 2011 | Ronald Kessler

If you wonder whether Donald Trump is serious about running for president, tune in to the finale of “The Celebrity Apprentice” on May 15.

Trump plans to say on the NBC show that he will be holding a press conference in the next few days. At that press conference in the Trump Tower in New York, Trump will be announcing his candidacy for the presidency.

Even then, many will snicker that it’s all a publicity stunt. But that defies the facts and common sense.

Of all the people on the planet, Donald Trump is the last person who needs more publicity. And if he is riding a groundswell of support, why would he—or anyone else—decide not to run?

Since writing the first story in January to report that Trump will definitely run, I have been amazed at how much the idea of a Trump presidency is catching on across the political spectrum. As I wrote in my story, Don’t Underestimate Donald Trump for President, he can be outrageous and boastful. But when it comes to a successful run at the presidency, don’t count him out.

Trump never declared bankruptcy...

He even said so on Letterman and the pig Rosie O'Donnell could have been sued for saying so on the air...

Her career is over because of Trump.

BUT ALL THAT ASIDE... DO / DID YOU KNOW...

1. How many successful businesses does Trump own?

2. 95% of all small businesses fail in the first year?

3. How many candidates in either party never got a government paycheck?

I'M SICK OF GOVERNMENT MADE MILLIONAIRES RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT!

The Donnie said in his Human Events interview that if we just beat up on China, we won’t have to cut our spending or budget.

Sounds like more of the same . He’d fit in well in the District of Corruption.

Impeached but never convicted because it was just about (tee-hee) sex (the Paula Jones sexual harassment case). And before Abu Ghraib, even rape and sexual harassment were just “tee-hee” topics; nobody ever went to jail for rape or sexual harassment. /s

Clinton had so many crimes he could have been charged with, besides the perjury and obstruction of justice. But because the perjury and obstruction charges were related to an issue framed as being insignificant, even the clear evidence of guilt was not enough to get the Senate to convict him.

This issue has been framed in similar fashion. They have to ridicule the importance of the subject because framing it that way means that no evidence will ever get past the “tee hee” result that Clinton got in his impeachment trial.

The difference, though, is that whereas Clinton allegedly sexually harassed and/or raped individuals and hid it through perjury and obstruction of justice, Obama is raping the entire country and putting the entire world in jeopardy, and covering it with not only perjury and obstruction of justice but every imaginable form of lawlessness, trampling the Constitution, the economy, and everything America is supposed to be about.

The media is “tee hee-ing” this issue, but judging by the response Trump is getting, I’d say the good people of America are NOT saying it is insignificant.

Unfortunately, Congress doesn’t much care what the good people of America think, unless there’s an election tomorrow - and even then, they think the public will think whateve the media tells them to think. All Congress cares about is what the media thinks of them. So it’s too “tee hee” for them to do anything about.

The only people who are free to be honest and listen to the American public are those who don’t care what the media says because they don’t need the media. IOW, Donald Trump.

And that doesn’t just go for the eligibility issue. It goes for everything. As long as we have large numbers of voters who are swayed by the treasonous, communist media, the people we elect will be hostage to that treasonous, communist media. We have only to look at the budget battle going on right now to see how that plays out - even after the voters gave the biggest “mandate” ever seen in this country through the biggest landslide in our history. That’s the loudest the volume has ever been turned up and it’s still not enough to get results in Washington DC.

There have been a good number of long-term trolls who have been activated here the past few months in time of Hussein’s dire need.

Was wondering how long it would take for someone to come up with this 2nd grader rhyme. I am glad you didn’t disappoint.

You want to read something interesting? At first I thought it was a parody. I don’t know how truthful it is but a lot seems real...

The day I vote for this casino owner, reality “star”, eminent domain vulture, Democrat donor, bulls—t artist piece of crap is the day you can drag me out and shoot me. Preferably before the polls open.

Well, that what it was all about from the start. Tuning in to his show during May Sweeps. I'm stunned... oh, wait.. I'm not.

“Trump’s the one guy who COULD win as an indy” ******** Totally agree. He would pull votes from both sides.

Seriously??? You really think large numbers of today's dems will abandon 0bama for Trump?

Thank you for a good laugh this morning!!

I have to wonder how many of these posters who are doing the RINO number on Trump are actually Romney-bots?

Oh hell, if Romney had come out a month ago challenging Zero's birth certificate, the same one-third of FR would be licking Mitt's boots, just like they are doing now for Trump.

The Donnie said in his Human Events interview that if we just beat up on China, we won’t have to cut our spending or budget.

Plus, it's just a lot of empty talk from a guy who should know the power China has over our future. He can talk smack about 25% tariffs on Chinese goods all he wants. That'll last until three minutes into his first summit with Hu.

I clearly remember some FReepers cobbling together theories pertaining to the “Bradley Effect,” inaccurate polls and late apprehension about 0bama as to why he was going to lose to McCain in 2008.

I see the same faulty logic among those who state Trump could win in 2012 as an indie.

I don’t know, Willard could shoot himself out of a cannon with Hussein’s BC clutched in his fist and it STILL wouldn’t make up for Romneycare.
