I don’t think the story was embarrassing to Obama at all.

But if the clintons found that, it made me wonder what else they found that they weren’t letting on to.

I think the real message of the story was the same as sending a hostage’s finger to the family- let them know what they got.

If Clinton had had anything really devastating on Obama back in 2008, and knew what she had, she and her husband would have used it.
