The number of American voters who are black is well below 17% of the total. I don’t know what the actual percentage is but the general population is something like 12% black and black voting turnout is lower than that for whites.
Thanks..I’ll accept your stats..I could well be mistaken..however, taking yours as correct..it’s obvious that 50%+ of those who “strongly support” Obama are black
