In 2007, the top 10% actually paid 72.7% of individual income taxes, according to the CBO. It would be useful if the legend on the left side was also duplicated on the right side... it would be clearer.

And just in case the ignorant ones try to back-pedal and insist that you include ALL federal taxes: in 2007, the top 10% paid 55.0%.
