The wolf delisting rider for ID and MT was in the House bill that passed and went to the Senate. I believe it included WA, OR and UT also but am not positive.
The bill just passed the Senate and the rider had to have remained in it because it didn’t go back to the House for another vote, it’s going to the prez for his signature.
