The Democratic Secretaries of State will allow votes that are questionable to get Democrats in office; e.g. Al Franken winning by the Sevretary of State allowing convicted felons votes to count. It appears that after irregularities like this happen, there is no recourse to correct the errors.

The one good thing about the mess in WI - the SoS doesn't oversee WI elections. That little stinkhead's one function is to "publish" bills. He doesn't even do that if the bills are written by Republicans and he can find a slimy Dane County Democrat judge to interrupt things.
