You reap what you sow.

It is? Hmmm..

In 1994, California's historic Proposition 187 would have prohibited illegal immigrants from using health care, public education, and other social services in the U.S. State of California.

California's voted for it overwhelming and it won big in a free election only to have the Federal Government working in concert with their state government co-conspirators burn their ballots and declared their free election illegal...

Question:

Who exactly is reaping what they sow?

And why is a conservative state, such as Texas providing tax paid assistance for so many illegal aliens?

Well, we let them in (sow) and we now must pay (reap), they aren’t supporting themselves.

I don’t see how any state can justity spending my money on criminals who shouldn’t be here in the first place!

Because Texas, in the early 90s, started offering a 15% pay differential to spanish-speaking government workers... who then took over the bureacracies at every level.
