Speaker Boehner's office not surprised Obama keeps 'czars' (Obama: I won't follow budget provision)

In selling this week's spending cut vote to his members, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) touted the fact that he was able to get the White House to agree to a rider defunding four “czars.”

Obama pulled the rug out from under that provision on Friday by issuing a signing statement that said in accordance with the separation of powers he will continue to employ advisers as he sees fit.

Boehner's office is not surprised Obama found a way to circumvent Congress, according to a staffer.

"It's not surprising that the White House, having bypassed Congress to empower these 'Czars' is objecting to eliminating them," Michael Steel, spokesman for Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said.

The rider in the 2011 spending bill, which cut non-defense appropriations by $39.9 billion compared to 2010, forbids funding for the healthcare, auto, climate change and urban affiars advisers known as 'czars.'

In an April 12 “Speaker Alert” Boehner's office cited the rider as one of 17 reasons to support the deal.

Ok Mr. Speaker, he's just slapped you in the face (after shamelessly insulting Paul Ryan on Wednesday), so what are you going to do about it?...

Fine, let Obummer keep his czars, just don't pay them from the federal coffers. Obummer can pay them from his vacation - er - travel expenses or his own pocket.

When is he going to man up? How much more of this abuse is he willing to take?

Maybe if he didn’t spend so much time on the links, he could get something done.

Yeah, good point. Maybe he can do his little non-stop fundraisers and pay for it that way.

He’s accused of visiting the tanning salon, but his ruddy complexion may be from liver disease. Heavy drinking can do that.

Yes! Obama has just proclaimed that he owns Boehner. Boehner needs to prove him wrong or stop insulting us with his empty words.

Send the US Marshals in to shut down and board up their offices.

What they need to do is explain what they are doing and why their capacitance is needed, otherwise discharge them.

Wake up, Boehner! Let’s say it the way it is: Obama puts himself above the fray. And Congress is becoming obsolete with namby pambyness!

0bama can keep all the advisors he wishes to employ, and based on the level of personal wisdom he has there may not be enough advisory help out there to do the job.

On the other hand, the separation of powers defines that no advisor outside of the framework of those cited as legally having the empowered ability to direct the country should have their orders taken and followed.

Basically, the Czars and their prescriptive orders should be ignored and any attempt by 0bama to change this should see him impeached.

America does not have its laws written for a Dictator named Hussein, it has laws and rules of the people, by the people and for the people. At least it did at one time.

Boner doesn’t posses the courage though to enforce our separation of powers so he will simply just allow the Czars to Rule while he hides beneath his desk.

Cry.

Seriously Obama wouldn’t know what to say if he didn’t have his czars whispering in his ear. Bohner needs to say they go and enforce it. Instead I suppose he will cry.
