I know some people do things for shock value. I promise I don’t make things like this up. It makes me sick just thinking about it. Like you and most other people I wish it was not the case.
I'm more concerned about Islamists killing Christians in Egypt, Ivory Coast, Sudan, Nigeria, and elsewhere. As well as their encroachments into Europe or the US.
Question: if a political candidate with ties to Islamists promised to outlaw porn and abortion, would you prefer him over a libertarian-leaning candidate?
There are many posters on FR who make light of woman-boy sexual relationships. I posted a thread about a nun accused of molesting one of her first grade students, the accuser now an adult. There were comments about how this would be a fantasy if the woman was hot, and other jokes.
As I said up thread, "verbal" kiddie porn is extremely distasteful to me. It's not "fine" at all.

I figured you had left FR when Jim made it clear that supporters of the homosexual agenda wouldn't be tolerated.
Funny how only in the 60s was the “right” to pornography discovered, thanks to the ACLU, Larry Flynt and a leftist SCOTUS, the same one that discovered the “right” to kill unborn babies.
Supporting pornography and obscenity are not conservative issues, they are liberaltarian kookdom issues. And libertarianism is nothing but the ultra kook anarchy fringe of the left.
Correction:
There is a clique here on FR who seem to believe that the libertarian position of no holds barred porn, drugs, prostition, abortion and homo-agenda is "conservative".

You are not alone, “little jeremiah” appears to come after a lot of posters here.
I don’t “come after” anyone. My purpose is to stand up for conservative values and principles.
I made cogent points about the ACLU teaming up with porn producer Larry Flynt, and a leftist majority SCOTUS that also “found” a right to kill the unborn. For 200 years no one thought the Constitution protected pornography or obscenity, or the right to kill the unborn.
And you reply with some completely non-serious “humor” from Rourke.
It's the way you do it, the words you use - the level of aggressiveness. You seem to be out to purify FR, no discussion to tolerated. You seem to be a bully.

I see the world heading off into the abyss. GEtting worse and worse. I’ve been standing up for conservative values and principles for 9 years on FR. I have tolerance or patience for people promoting or supporting libertarian or leftist principles.

You must have meant that you don't have tolerance, correct?
You surely will accept the votes of those people that are not 100% pure conservatives, right? So, why not have patience and show tolerance here? There are millions of conservatives that are not at 100% with 85%-90% their honest rating - that doesn't make them not conservative, they are still on our team and the best source of votes for conservative candidates. Actually, I'll bet that there are thousand of conservatives posting here that are not 100% pure conservatives with some even on the contributor list. There is no need to attack them - that's friendly fire, they are with us, just not 100% but very close!
Being a pure conservative is a fine goal but given that 1/2 of the country is not conservative and that half has us using their services, buying their products, watching their TV channels (occasionally), accepting unemployment checks as necessary and generally doing the bidding of lots of liberals at work says to me that a pure conservative doesn't actually exist. Contributing to liberal companies, like google for example, isn't a conservative tenant - it's like sleeping with the enemy - come to think of it, even sleeping with a liberal must be avoided.
It's sort of like the vegan crowd - it's literally impossible to be a pure vegan given all the products that use animal body parts and excretions, like auto tires for example.
Tell the Injustice Department that there are copyright violations on the internet of pirated porn and maybe they will investigate. Seems this administration is only interested in cracking down on internet content piracy for Big Media.
I'm used to being called a fascist and a racist by liberals, and I'm used to being called a druggie and a baby killer here (by the tiny clique of fanatics that tries to bait people into getting zotted. I think their goal is to achieve an FR that consists of them and their eleven friends).
I always respond with a smile. You can only be "bullied" on the web if you act like a victim!!
