Hawaii certifies the Obama was legally born in the state to an American mother. Like it or not, that does pretty much end the argument until someone can come up with actual proof he wasn’t. (I don’t think he was, but a man’s got to know his limits.)

Excuse me, but when has Hawaii ever done this?? I'm not aware of any issue of anything that actually qualifies as legal proof (i.e. notarized, testified to UNDER OATH, etc.).

Yeah, some Hawaiian officials have made "public statements". Politicians make "public statements all the time, mostly lies. Such do NOT provide certified proof.

No it doesn’t. IF his father was really Barack Obama, Sr. he is not a Natural Born Citizen since AT THE TIME OF HIS BIRTH his mother was not of age and therefore he was not automatically a NBC.

Nor does Hawaii certify anything wrt his birth.

You don’t know what a mess state documents are. The simple fact is that it is quite possible that one one knows what the truth is. But it is not just the birth certificate. The near total lack of a paper trail is rather amazing.

Both parents have to be citizens in order for the child to be a natural born citizen. Unless Frank Davis is Obama’a father, BHO is not eligible.

Hawaii certifies the Obama was legally born in the state to an American mother.

The state I live in "Certifies" that the name I go by is the name I was born with. Since I am adopted, this is an absolute lie, but I have a birth certificate which says so, so it must be true right?

The fact is, without seeing the ORIGINAL birth certificate, you don't know if Hawaii is telling the truth or not. They will simply repeat whatever has been entered into the record even if it is not true.

What makes anyone think Obama's birth certificate has been amended? How about the missing 11th document in Stanley Ann Dunham's divorce decree? Most divorces involving adopted minor children include court ordered amendments to the minor child's birth certificate, but the state will routinely refuse to disclose this information.

It’s a fact that it only took one family member, such as Stanley Ann Dunham’s mother, to report the information on the Certificate of Live Birth to spur the state of Hawaii to issue that document. That’s also why until just recently a COLB wasn’t accepted for anything really important. You had to show a real long form birth certificate.

This also explains where the newspaper announcements came from (the state automatically generated it).

COLB does not equal the Long Form birth certificate with the hospital name, doctor, etc. Obama’s sister who was born in Indonesia has a COLB too.

It’s unfortunate that Rep Bachman either wasn’t prepared with that knowledge or chose to let it go and get on to another topic.

At the end of the day, there is no birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii.

“”Hawaii certifies that Obama was legally born in the state””

And your basis for this statement is what?

"Like it or not, that does pretty much end the argument..."

No, it does not. To be a "Natural Born Citizen" one must be born in the United States to two parents who are both American citizens.

Even if Butt-boy was born in Hawaii (which his paternal Grandmother said he was not), he still is not eligible to be President according to the Constitution.

Either way, he is a Quisling usurper who hates white people and hates America. He should be tarred and feathered and run out of the country buck-nekkid.

NO,

“All from other lands, who by the terms of [congressional] laws and a compliance with their provisions become naturalized, are adopted citizens of the United States; all other persons born within the Republic, of parents owing allegiance to no other sovereignty, are natural born citizens. Gentleman can find no exception to this statement touching natural-born citizens except what is said in the Constitution relating to Indians.” John Bingham, aka “father of the 14th Amendment” 1862

He needs both parents to be citizens not one.
