The entire religion if islam is a danger to humanity, especially to Muslims themselves. Just look at how many people die, or live in fear and persecution under its barbaric laws and doctrines. The fact that we allow this creepy "religion" to come and thrive in our nation is due directly to the darkness that has fallen over our people from the American apostacy from Christianity, which used to enlighten us to the dangers of allowing evil to proliferate. We direly miss this light, as evil continues to win victory after victory because people can no longer discern evil from good. Government, not God or Christianity, is now the arbitor of what is good and what is evil. In other words, we have accepted or have been forced to accept man's limited, selfish and prideful interpretation of good and evil over the higher authority of God given law. It is no coincidence that in an era where Christianity has waned, Mohammedism is prospering. There is no such thing as the nonsensical liberal theology of a "gray area" between good and evil, right and wrong. It's one or the other, and our times bear this out clearly.
Another example of these constant victories by dark forces is the recent indictment of a college kid who videotaped his homosexual deviant roommate having sex with another pervert. These types of videos are probably as common on college campuses as drunkenness and rampant sex. But drunkeness and rampant, casual sex on campuses are not only allowed by authorities and society, they are actually viewed as normal and acceptable, even progressive. We know that young people today even videotape themselves having sex, and proudly show it to others. Though from what I read this video never actually was shown or seen by others, the sexual deviant committed suicide. But suicides are prominent among this group of people, and it's not due to any lack of "love" or "tolerance" for their twisted, sick and deadly lifestyle, it's due directly to the perversions that they practice every day.
No one can live such a totally unnatural life, perverting their very nature without consequences. The consequences are well known, but hidden by academia, media and government lies. These folks as a group commit more suicides than any other group, they have a higher rate of alcoholism and addiction than any other group, their lives are noticeably shortened by their "lifestyle", they have the highest incidences of AIDS and other STDs, they have the highest incidences of "partner abuse". These statistics come from the government itself. YET, they want to indict you and I for causing the troubles of homosexual perverts because of our alleged "hate", (though our feelings are actually just a natural revulsion to these acts), rather than indict the perverted lifestyle itself as the culprit. Evil keeps on winning and winning, as things like homosexuality, abortion, "gay marriage", the subjugation of males to females, (feminism), the favoratism by government of Blacks and Latinos over Caucasians, the destruction of the God-given U.S. Constitution, and the reveling in pornography, and the ever growing phenomenon of child abuse, until true Christianity is restored to America, and until the government stops persecting all public acts of faith, in their successful attempt to cast Christianity as a bad thing, a destructive thing to society.
Christianity is the light of the world, it alone holds the Truth and the Light, not politicians or judges, not Obama or Bush, not Mohammed or Buddha, and especially not prosectutors, (who correctly should be called 'persecutors'), who attack anyone and everyone as having committed a "hate crime", (their new-age invention), who naturally abhors unnatural and perverted acts. Homosexuals should be prayed for and not physically harmed, and should be treated as having a mental disorder. But the fact is, what they do is not recognized as normal or good or harmless by the vast majority of people. What they do is recognized by most as twisted and deadly, and bad for society in general. But in these twisted times we live in, good is viewed as evil, evil as good, unnatural as natural. Hell, the fact that half of all Americans think they should be paying MORE taxes is proof of our backwards mentality. When I grew up everyone and his grandmother were bemoaning having to pay high taxes, and back then taxes were much lower. You heard NOBODY saying they want to pay more taxes, or that high taxes were a good thing. My, how everything has become twisted as we live under the dark cloud of faithlessness. May the love of God return soon to America, before it really is too late.

It is hard for me to believe she would leave her kids with that sort of a man.
Most women, no matter what their religion, want to protect their children.
If she was willing to flee to protect her own life she more than likely would have taken the kids.

Oh, I don't know about that. Consider that this is a woman who has been pregnant or nursing from the moment she got married... that's stress of a kind that we males probably don't get. Add to it the fact that Abed is probably a control freak who had to know every moment where she was.... I wouldn't rule out some degree of physical abuse.
And for all that, I suspect that the kids were safe and she knew that.
Yeah, I could see her taking advantage of an opportunity to leave, kids or no.
Her parents showed up & I guess they talked her into going back to him.
It might not have been hard to do if she was thinking that he would find her & kill her. So, now she must live under his iron rule with the threat of death hanging over her.
He looks like the type that would do it too!!
