President Barack Obama could hardly find friendlier ground as he starts a fund-raising swing through California today, but there were signs of discontent outside Facebook headquarters, where he is hosting a town hall.
It wasn't that the crowd was large - it wasn't - but that many of the people hoisting signs were young, liberal voters who cast their first ballots for Obama, even volunteered for him, in 2008.
Chelsea Byers, a Code Pink intern who was studying abroad in 2008, helped organize an effort that year encouraging students to return absentee ballots for Obama. But she said she is upset with his actions in Libya.
"We just had hopes of seeing this great new Democratic base against wars," she said.

I definitely am a fan of Obama.He's counting on that. He can do anything he wants, and his koolaid drinkers will stay true.
Why would anyone expect a man who is at the outset a knowing constitutional fraud be expected to do anything honest? He doesn’t know how to do anything honestly.
There are true believers in any party. This is a very bad sign though for reelection. If the Kool Aiders are protesting their leader, how much effort are the lower levels of fanatics going to give. I really don’t see the mass excitement as in ‘08. I see a lot of leaners sitting home this time. It will mean all the difference to get back in office. At the very least, team loser will have to spend a lot of time and money getting these idiots back on board.
Why would a man whose enthusiasts include ACORN, SEIU and other union thugs (who are bussed from event to event and state to state to protest on behalf of Obama and unions as needed), Weather Underground members, anti-white preachers (multiple), socialist czars, Homeland Security chief who doesn't enforce immigration laws, an Attorney General who protects "his people" to the detriment of others be considered to be upstanding and beyond reproach?

Did you watch the video? 3 protestors, that was it. They also seemed almost embarrassed to be out there protesting him. No bull-horn, no yelling, nothing - total silence, just standing there half-heartedly holding a sign with the quixotic message “Obama, update your war status”.
I did watch. Add that to the general malaise the left is in with all the flip flops Obummer has done on all his key issues. Do you really think that there is any energy behind this dolt anymore? He is losing Blacks in recent polling for crying out loud. His whole thing was this army of zombies he had at his disposal to give him support. It looks like the zombies are not going to be in action this time around.
All of these poorly received campaign appearances are trying to excite the base, like this loser event at Facebook and the Rev Al rally. It is not working. Between Trump kicking him in the teeth every day and all of his policies failing, I don’t see how he can sell himself again to regain these loses.
As I've said before, he has out Jimmy Carter'ed Jimmy Carter, in half the time. Obviously a Guinness Book record...
