Fresh off of losing his battle for custody of his twin sons Tuesday, Charlie Sheen took on the topic of American politics on his Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour, the Washington Post reports.
Normally reserving his criticisms for his former bosses at CBS and his ex-wives, Sheen went after President Barack Obama, questioning the validity of his birth certificate, while toying with his own ideas about running for office.
“For starters, I was f**king born here, how about that? And I got proof! Nothing Photoshopped about my birth certificate,” Sheen said.
According to the Post, Sheen’s comments brought cheers from the 3,700-seat venue in Washington, D.C.
Sheen also took on Sarah Palin, calling her a “lunatic from Alaska” and added that he would handle Libyan dictator Moammar al-Qaddafi by making him “marry my [ex-wives] Brooke and Denise.”

What do you mean Trump or Sheen? He’s clearly means Obama.
I remember in the 90’s when Rush had his TV show, that Sheen showed up drunk (surprise) and asked for admittance. He said, “but I’m a conservative”. Rush did not let him in. I always wondered if Charlie was BS’ing Rush or was serious. I mean, if you’re liberal, why waste time going to see a conservative show? You couldn’t PAY me to even pretend to be a liberal so I could see Bill Maher’s show. Even when drunk.
And who might you be supporting?
Uh-huh. Is it ever possible for birthers to defend their position without resorting to name calling? Prove me right by spewing more garbage about how everyone who disagrees with you is a liberal. Go on. Go for it. While you spew, consider this:
I’m not the one defending Philip Berg, truther and Hillary Clinton supporter.
I’m not the one defending James Manning, truther and critic of interracial marriages.
I’m not the one defending Orly Taitz who has on more than one occasion demanded that the United Nations to get involved in her cases.
I’m not the one defending Lucas Smith, convicted forger.
I’m not the one who called a federal judge, a decorated retired officer a traitor.
In fact, I’m not the one who, unlike birthers, calls everyone who doesn’t agree “traitors”, “liberals”, or whatever your insult of the day is. You can curse and fuss all you like. It doesn’t change the FACT that to you’ve thrown your hat into the ring with people who believe that Bush had a hand in killing more than 3,000 Americans.
All your spinning and weaving can’t change that fact.
Nothing you say or do can change that fact.
So rave on, supporters of Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, James Manning & Lucas Smith. Now you’ve got truther, druggie and wife beater Charlie Sheen on your side. Aren’t you proud?
So it saddens me to see Charlie with so many personal problems. I hope that someday he gets the help he needs.
I was also a big fan of Charlie's father Martin Sheen, especially the way Martin Sheen did such an excellent job on one of my favorite shows, The West Wing.
I know that Martin Sheen and his family must be hurting pretty badly as they watch Charlie go through his many personal problems.
I guess I have nothing else to say. I'll just keep praying for Charlie and his family.
He is right about one thing. We do live in a World of lies. Look who is in the White House? You see it everyday in the media! I no longer trust the media. They have lied one too many times. I don’t even understand how anyone can give them credibility?
Think about it. If you had a friend that lied to you over half the time, then would you give them any credibility? My guess is that you would say no.
So to make a statement “we live in a world of lies and it’s hard to tell the truth”. It’s not that far fetched.
Did Reagan ever poll as badly as Palin is right now, though? At this point in 1979?
Sheen a conservative? Not the way we define it, but I could see him being the Ron Paul type.
How about this question.
Who would you support first?
A: Someone who upholds and defends the Constitution of the United States that you may not always agree with
B: Someone that you may agree politically with, but does not always uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.
I guess that is what it boils down to. Integrity and respect for the U.S. Constitution. Right now we do not have that in Washington, and it’s big reason why we have so many issues,
