If he was born “Steve Dunham” it would be awfully hard to explain the “Barack Obama” birth announcements.

Maybe there was a Barack Obama born in Hawaii who is ...ahem... no longer with us.

Heck, they stole someone elses Social Security number... why not name and birthday too.

The birth announcements are easy to explain, because they do not mention Barry by name, only “Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama”.

The birth announcements don’t mention the baby’s name, or the hospital (or even location) of birth.
