Six people were arrested this week and accused of luring a 15-year-old boy to a Florida home, shooting him several times, burning his body in a fire pit and putting the remains into paint cans, authorities said.
The killing occurred Sunday in the central Florida city of Ocala, according to a statement from the Marion County Sheriff's Office.
Two females in the group allegedly lured the victim, Seath Jackson, to the home, and the group beat him with a wooden object. He was then shot several times with a .22-caliber gun, authorities said.
As the wounded teen attempted to flee, he was tackled and shot again, according to the sheriff's statement. His body was allegedly placed in a sleeping bag and burned in a fire pit outside the home.
His ashes were placed into several paint containers and thrown into a large garbage can, authorities said.
Authorities said they learned of the alleged plot from a member of the group who confessed to witnessing the killing.
Four adults and two minors were charged in connection with the killing.
Michael Bargo, 18; Charlie Kay Ely, 18; Justin Soto, 20; and two minors face first-degree murder charges, the Marion County Sheriff's Office said.
And James Haven, 37, faces charges of accessory to the crime for allegedly helping to dispose Jackson's remains and driving one of the suspects out of the area to avoid arrest, authorities said.
Sheriff's department documents gave little information about what caused the killing other than brief statements by suspects about a dispute and a growing hatred.
Soto's public defender, Bill Miller, would not comment on the case. Ely is not represented by an attorney, and Bargo will make his first appearance Thursday morning, according to Marion County courts.

It started in the ghetto, so most people who did not live in the ghetto just wrote it off. But right now 40% of American children are born to single mothers, and only a dwindling MINORITY of American kids are raised to adulthood in homes with both biological parents. Bottom line: the kids raise themselves, just as these charming characters did. When they need "help" (like to dispose of the ashes of their victims), they can always call on mama's latest boyfriend (AKA "stepdad").
I most certainly did read the article. Show me in the linked article any statement that stated the plan was to kill him, or that the step-father knew the plan was to kill him before it occured.
What I gathered from the original article was that they were going to do a beat-down on the kid. That the gun didn't come out until after they beat him. Subsequent articles may state otherwise, but I hadn't read them at the time of my posts.
So, yes, I stand on my original assertions based on the original article.
Even the subsequent article only mentions the step-dad knew of the plan, but doesn't elaborate on what, exacly, the full plan was at the time. Which I still took to mean a beat-down. Not murder.
Please don't take me wrong. I'm not excusing any of them. They should all ride ol' Sparky. I'm just stating the potential logic of them not coming forward ahead of time.
What happened was right out of Messico, not Cracker Florida.
What really happened, why, and who did what is yet to be determined, but the sort of brutality in this case is typical of Messico, not anything American.
Again, intimidation is a big factor. A small person with a gun is more intimidating with that gun, than without.

I must disagree - for true perversions, one needs the anonymity of a Big Sh*tty. Miami’s South Beach comes to mind, as does most all of San Fransisco.
This sounds like the whole group was on meth.
Meth is no excuse for murder. They planned and carried out this heinous act of inhuman cruelty and should get the maximum sentence allowed by law. The minors can’t get the death penalty, but they can spend their entire useful lifetime behind bars.............
Meth is not an excuse for anything, but it truly is a mind altering drug and people under it’s influence do things they would not even think of without it. The responsibility is theirs and only theirs- but meth is ruining many people. I saw police photos not too long age where a meth addict cut his abdomen open and pulled out his own intestines...
Big City perversion is more likely to be reported. The Left would consider things such as duck hunting or slaughtering of chickens for dinner to be perverted, but it’s a regular occurrence.
I will agree with you on one point: you said this is like something out of Mexico. Look at the name and face of one of the perps and tell me that he wasn’t central to the plot.

what’s clear from the string of posts on the Facebook pages of Seath Jackson and Amber Wright is that Seath and Amber had been seeing each other, broke up in late March and were feuding right before Seath was killed.
Over weeks, the conversation became ugly, as friends on Facebook took sides in the argument. Threats flew, with Seath writing on several occasions that he wanted to fight 19-year-old Mike Bargo, who he believed was Amber’s new boyfriend.
Bargo is one of the young men and women later implicated in the plot to kill Seath.
The posts pick up on Feb. 13, when Seath and Amber were still a couple:

The tone of the posts on both Amber and Seath’s Facebook pages changes in late March, apparently around the time Amber and Seath broke up.

In a separate conversation started on Facebook on April 7, Seath mocks Amber and accuses her of using drugs and cheating on him with Mike Bargo:

Other Facebook friends chime in, most scolding Seath for the name-calling. At some point, a boy named Justin joins the conversation:

Justin: “(derogatory name for Mike Bargo) is 19 and softer that a (expletive) haha gonna get whopped by my bro (Seath) who is 15.

Amber: “See just like i ssaid. Seath stop being childish! And how the (expletive) did i cheat on yuu the whole time. When i pretty much lived with yuuu when we were together. Amber writes that she’s having a bad day. Seath joins the conversation and makes an attempt at a peace offering: “im just trying to stop all the drama you dont need it nither do I,” he writes.
Amber: “Well if yuu wanna stop it. Then dont tlk to me. I wanna be nice. But i cant tlk to yuu. The thought of yuu makes me sick now. So just leave me alone. Ill handle my problems by myself.”
Seath becomes angry and again accuses Amber of using drugs.
April 18, the day after Seath was killed
Amber: “Why do i feel like my hearts gonna stop :(“
A boy named Alex suggests she might just be missing “someone.”
Amber: “Its not that”
A girl asks what’s wrong.
Amber: “Baby girl idk (I don’t know) whats wrong. I’m saverly sick :(“
The next generation is lost. I was lamenting with a co-worker today (60+) that he should be happy that he’ll be dead when these kids are my age (31). This generation is going to be the true product of the socialist educator’s utopia.
“It doesn’t matter if you live in a rural area, what matters is that we now have a generation that have no conscience.”
I’d check to see if teens have used Ritalin, or Meth.
Ritalin is like speed, but supposedly acts differently with young people.
Meth is speed.
Speed does irreversible brain damage and major personality change, very fast.
Some people are just plain eveil, too. Drugs or no drugs.
I know that there are probably a very small percentage of kids who may benefit from Ritalin but MOST do not need it!!
I’m sorry, I’ve been through the school telling me that 2 of my boys needed and I said Hell NO! None of my son’s were hyper, one was kind of spacey the other fidgety but nowhere near hyper. I was told by the counselor that my son needed something for concentration, it was a small school and her well behaved daughter went through elementary school with her daughter. Funny how the “spacey” one is extremely intelligent, passed his HS grad test as a sophomore and her daughter had twins by Jr. year. The fidgety one is now in the 8th grade and does fine. He was immature-what are the chances of a second grade boy being distracted by arm farts? the teachers fed right into him acting that way because of a disability instead of remembering who they were dealing with.
Apparently, this was a Facebook fight.
What I have observed over the years is these kids getting into these crazy relationships earlier and earlier. I’ve about died seeing the parents perpetuate it too, especially the mothers of the girls. Taking the boys on vacation with them starts in Middle School, crazy!! I never bought into that nonsense. I always veered my boys away from all the drama and yet I watched so many parents enjoy being part of it, I found it sick. Push, push, push. Your hair would stand up on some of the stories I can tell you with 2 sons, one done with HS and the other about to graduate.
Don't give up all hope yet. My grandson is 15, like some of the kids in this story. He's a student at a Marion County high school, like some of the kids in this story. But that's where the similarities end. He doesn't have tattoos or piercings, he doesn't 'gangsta talk' and he doesn't hang-out with his friends after school as he has chores. He's an honor student and a member of his school's ROTC and has plans for a career in the Air Force.
Maybe it's just me but I think 15 is too young for anyone to date. My grandson who lives with me had a girlfriend for about 3 weeks last fall. Then she dumped him for another boy. He went into a depression. Because 2 or 3 other 15 year old Marion County high school students committed suicide this year over failed relationships, he is now in counseling. I don't want him dating again until he's in college.
My point being, only warped souls vote for Obama...
I have a neighbor who talks with pride about his 9-year-old daughter's boyfriend and his 8-year-old son's girlfriend. I tell him that he's crazy and will be a grandpa within 5 years. I've been to the schools and see the kids hanging onto and kissing each other on school property and it's horrible. Why do the schools allow this?
I'm for single-sex high schools where there's no temptation. Let the kids mingle at supervised Friday night dances.
