Machine Guns and Explosions

I hope and pray that the machine guns are on OUR side. It was 175 years ago today that the maniacal murderous Messkins were routed at the Battle of San Jacinto by brave Texans. I think it's time for a replay with even better results this time around for us against the third-world types invading OUR land and looting us.

I was a little confused at first but what I think he is saying is that there is a small battle going on between factions within Mexico (Policia vs. Drug Cartel?) just across the border from Roma, Texas. Not that that there are Mexicans waging a battle crossing the border against the Border Patrol.
