So for Newt, Obama, who did make it to the White House, just has to be "extraordinarily brilliant" whether he really is or not. Otherwise, Newt would think there's something wrong with Newt.
Gingrich said much the same thing about Clinton when Clinton was president. Now he says Clinton's a regular, common-sense guy.
Don't know whether he said Bush was brilliant, though.
Both Newt and The Donald have no chance of winning the GOP primaries, so this will never happen, but I would love to see either of them have a true back and forth debate with Obomba. They both are far more intelligent and far more experienced than Obomba, and I’d pay to see one of them verbally rip apart the manchild. Poor little Barry would end up trying to play the victim half way through the debate, I can guarantee it.
Obomba speaks very fluently when he doesn’t have to process his words through a filter. If you’ve heard him speak to liberal groups, where he can be the Marxist that he is, he speaks coherently and quite well. He’s just an extremely poor liar, at least when he’s not reading the lies, and that accounts for all of the stammering and pausing during interviews. He needs to hide who he is, so he has to think first about what he’s going to say, and then say it.

In addition, as I stated in my previous post (#14) Obama's actions as president are a fairly good indication that he certainly isn't 'extraordinarily brilliant'. Obama's college record (conveniently unattainable for public scrutiny) might put to rest the 'extraordinarily brilliant' appellation so he keeps it hidden. Hmmmm. 'Extraordinarily brilliant' is a label that the left instantly affixes to all liberal politicians, inferring that conservatives are stupid. They probably think Joe Biden is 'extraordinarily brilliant'. It's a joke and I hate to see Newt Gingrich using the term just to 'balance' his negative comments about Obama. I find that weak.
I hate to break it to you but William F. Buckley was 'extraordinarily brilliant' and clearly proved it over a long career defining and explaining conservative thought. That doesn't make every conservative politician that comes down the pike 'extraordinarily brilliant' by association so I don't think Karl Marx's intelligence and Barack Hussein Obama's are necessarily equal just because they share a political philosophy.

I think it is just easier for such as Gingrich to say chit like that than to tell the truth and have to deal with the eruptions of the "media."

Obama is not stupid, however he is uneducated. I seriously doubt he sat in a classroom in an institution of higher learning more than five times. However, he is an extremely brilliant con man...like most sociopaths are. They can be whatever they want to be at any moment and look you in the eye and lie like rugs. Especially if you have even one iota of vulnerability and you are an optomist who tries to see good in everybody. Or you’re just a stooge or fool.
Sociopaths are predators that can spot any weakness. They are glib and charming. Have a grandiose self-image, and are pathologic liars. They tend to live on the edge, and are usually parasites, yet believe they are all-knowing and all powerful and have no personal boundaries. And of course they never accept blame for their actions. They usually are promiscuous with perverse sexual needs. They will change their image to avoid prosecution, and will change even their life story readily when they get in tight situation. And they are gamblers pitting up their ability to con.
The man has a perfect sociopathic profile. And he’s gambled his life even to pull off this con job on Americans.
How am I defending Obama? Just because Newt Gingrich is a socialist, Pelosi lackey is not an endorsement of Obama. I just don’t want to hear the opinion of socialist, global-warming fanatic, Pelosi lapdogs. I don’t care if they are claiming the sky is blue.
