Gaddafi is fighting tied with one hand behind his back. He has already proved that he has cluster bombs. He has in his posession SCUD B missiles and FROG missiles. He can rain those missiles on Benghazi any time he wants.
Those missiles are probably inside bunkers. He has about 10 tons of poison gas(Mustard Gas) in shelters also.
