I hope he takes his daughter with him and they both decide to stay.

This is the headline story at Spiegel Online:

Spiegel Online / US-Senator McCain feiert libysche Rebellen als Helden ... US Senator McCain Praises Rebels as Heroes.

Spiegel's POV was that the US was dragged into the conflict, backed off, and now, with the drone deployment against Ghaddafi's troops and this visit are climbing back in.

They report that when McCain was asked by a reporter at a press conference if it bothered him that Al-Qaeda was known to be amongst the rebels, he answered, "Why should it? They (the rebels) are my heroes ... "Wieso? Sie (die Rebellen) sind meine Helden."

I'm just the messenger, here, BTW.

This is just crazy.

He’s maliciously meddling, in obama’s war.

He skipped off holding hands with Lindsey Graham to meddle in Uzbekistan, and cost our efforts in Afghanistan dearly...

Must have something to do with a gay pride thing...

You can add to that insane, senile and traitor. This man has no clue who he works for or that there is a whole country beyond Washington.

Yo Arizonans—Does McCain ever return to Arizona? And if he does does he make any meaningful attempt to connect with voters there?

I hope McQueeg gets a photo op with a known Al Quaeda operative that’s on a rebel tour since being released from Gitmo.

“...but respect you as a human being and a war hero for surviving what you did.”

I am truly beginning to doubt about his status as a war hero. Maybe he did believe that statement he signed. How else can we explain the damage he’s caused this country including giving the US a president who is determined to destroy us. Maybe we’ve been not looking at the correct number of Manchurian Candidates.
He’s been set up by the commies to think they like him, and his choice of Sarah for VP was an accident that almost ruined their plan. Remember it was McCain’s staffers that muffled her, and wouldn’t let her tell the truth about Obozo. After realizing what she could become in this country, they have been active, and willing participants with the media in trying to destroy her.
I am beginning to think McCain being Obozo’s opponent was not an accident, and just two years ago that statement would have had me looking for the tin foil for my new hat.

Looks like McCain is hoping to be the replacement for Jimmuh Cotter when he finally petrifies.

Does their economy need a TARP program?

Does their economy need a TARP program?

They already have a new central bank and new oil company in East Lybia. Never seen "rebels" do that before.

Not a complete accident. She is and has consistantly been for a pathway to citizenship for the ~ 40 million illegal aliens in the US, while governor cheer led for LOST which will hand over the sovereignty of US waterways to the UN, and early on urged the US to create a no fly zone to help the Libyan rebels.

Might as well send Jimmy Carter

At least Carter's not literally a war monger. If McCain had his way, we'd be fighting the Russians for the gangster regime in Georgia now.

McCain should stay home. He’s lending legitimacy to our involvement in Libya, which should never have begun in the first place. McCain has shown poor judgment ever since he became a senator, in my opinion.

He is vulnerable and I pray he makes it back so we can crush his amnesty effort again. The Rebels are full of Wahhabi.
