For the record, in terms of my post:
they are dogs and animals, no matter what their race,and I could give a crap about their color. they don’t even deserve to be inhaling the air on this earth.

I agree there are animals of all races. Its a cultural thing IMO, not caused by poverty, race or education level. Other than being taught morals and self-discipline.
