I agree with you 100%. But hate crime laws do exist and, if this doesn’t qualify according to Obama and Holder, then they are both through. Mark my words, the older woman will be charged with a federal hate crime.

Hate crimes exist for the sole purpose of criminalizing human thought. And it is up to those in power to decide which thoughts are criminal and which ones are not.
I will state with absolute certainty that our US Justice Dept will not prosecute these women for hate crimes. And Obama and Holder will contine on deciding which thoughts are legal and which ones are not until they are voted out of office on Jan 20, 2013.
And this is yet another reason why hate crimes legislation is wrong.
