The “AFRICAN” designation certainly is the smoking gun as far as I am concerned.
Wouldnt it be quite simple just to get another black born baby’s certificate to see what it said back then.
I am certain that there were black military babies born in Hawaii at that time?

Found this on the web, (yahoo answers), would like to see something more credible. If this list is true, then “African” on a COLB is a big clue:
1) Mongoloid (Asian and American Indian)
2) Caucasoid (European)
3) Australoid (Australian and oceanic)
4) Negroid (east African black)
5) Capoid (south African black)
