I *think* this is kinda typical. As its historically the thing near Chicago's O'Hare airport.
And that was one of the first things we learned (that I did anyway):
  1. Never get gas near an airport, OR,
  2. At an Oasis on a Tollway.
You're basically a 'captive' so they can ask for your first born child.

Yup, I’ve done my share of stupid things when I was younger.

...like taking a friend to the airport for a lobster dinner... In Maine...where you can buy live lobster at the grocery store for $3 a pound. I don’t even want to tell you how much the lobster dinner was at PWM.

And a small cup of coffee at the Saigon airport... $5 when I could have gotten one for only a few cents in district one before going to the airport.
