Gas prices dropped from $3.70 / gal to $1.67 after Bush made a speech and executive order(s). I'm not going to post a link to support every statement I post.
That’s a pretty big claim to make without substantiation. What executive order did he make? When did this take place? What section of the country did you get your gass price figures from?
