This was a brutal assault on an individual human being. She has a right to be who she is without fear of being assaulted in the streets, or vilified by the folks who should be representing individual liberty.

She does not, in fact, have a penis. I wonder if some of you people make ANY effort to actually learn the details of an event before spouting off about it.

I can respect, while completely disagreeing with, the position "no matter what you change you are still a guy." It has many logical problems but at least it's a statement derived from a worldview. But statements which are simply factually incorrect? FR needs a higher caliber of posting than that.
