Pakistan has successfully used terrorist and nuclear threat to squeeze America's balls for decades now. The wikileaks stuff about Pakistan-Taliban-AQ is old news. And doesn't matter Republican or Democrat, US administrations over a period of a few decades have made plenty of noises but haven't had the courage to deal with Pakistan any other way except for eventually giving into their demand. Pakistan has total leverage over US and US has none. It is yet another reflection of America's diminishing global influence and overall geopolitical options in the region.
