Obama’s ineligibility: Congress is both guilty and gutless
Canada Free Press ^ | April 25, 2011 | Lawrence Sellin

To the US Congress – Is there not even one among you, who will stand by your oath of office and state unequivocally that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen and is, therefore, ineligible for the office of President of the United States?

It serves no purpose here for me to present arguments supporting a case against Obama’s eligibility or recite the background and intent of the natural born clause of the Constitution. That information is already available, for example, in the brilliant and exhaustive documentation provided by Stephen Tonchen from whom I liberally pilfer.

Why does Congress feign ignorance, continue a conspiracy of silence and display blatant cowardice in regard to this issue? Is it that members of Congress are too politically correct, too complicit in a cover-up and are just stalling in the desperate hope that Obama is not re-elected?

Both the president and congress are derilect in not putting this to rest. The Pelosi congress felt the need to investigate McCain’s birth status, but not Obama’.

IMHO- they are not being PC, you must also include ALL of the conservative talking bobbleheads on TV, radio and print, none of them have covered this issue. In fact they attack and name call anyone who questions the BC issue. Their tactic is pure Saul Alinsky used on brithers by our own people.

The reason they aren’t being PC is the fix is in, we are being shoved to conform to the New World Order and they MUST be on board, there is no other logical answer.

BUMP

The entire US Congress
should be indicted by grand juries this afternoon.
They belong in prison for destroying America
by their misprision of felonies.

500,000 German-Americans stood ready to rise up

Not only did they not rise up, but nobody expected them to riot, burn and destroy their communities. Sadly that's what we can expect, should Obama be declared ineligible. And there are many more than 500,000 African-Americans in this country. I'm ready to fight, but sometimes I can help thinking that it's all over for us.

These people will only burn down their local communities and loot their local businesses as an opportunity to get more free stash. What is left in the city of Detoit anyway, besides rubble and decay. Let it burn and start anew...

I would agree with you if they limited themselves to burning places like Detroit. Sadly I live in a small town in SC, 80% of the population is black, and most white people are scared of any uprising. I even know a few people who voted for Obama thinking it would “put an end to racial tensions”. LOL! Anyhow, I’ve sold my house, I’m renting instead, and other than the family pics in an external hard drive I don’t really care for anything, so maybe I also am ready to let everything else burn if it comes down to it. My husband and I are ready and waiting for the next American revolution, we owe it to our children!

-- The Pelosi congress felt the need to investigate McCain's birth status, but not Obama'. --

It was Reid's Senate that promulgated Senate Resolution 511 (S.Res.511).

But to the larger point, yeah - there was no effort to legitimize the admission of being born subject to the British Nationality Act, as not running afoul of the natural born citizen limitation in the constitution.

It seems to me that, while in the short term a bloody mess would surely ensue, the end result would be the eradication of a huge threat to our American way of life, not to mention the cleansing of a massive eyesore.

If I never again have the opportunity to watch some sweaty ignoramus screaming into a megaphone; "You gonna have to kill some white cracker babies!"... I think I'd be okay with that.

These vermin have pretty much walked away from their right to a place at the table in civil society, and while regrettable, the choice was always theirs. It also leaves very little doubt as to the eventual outcome. We cannot simply pretend that some manner of logical negotiation will resolve this, as we're dealing with some seriously deranged animals.

O'Bungwad and his rat-pack are on a path to self-immolation. Frankly, it's either them or us, and the arc of history argues for our prevailing over this rancid disease like we have all the dangerous killers past.

"Sadly I live in a small town in SC, 80% of the population is black, and most white people are scared of any uprising."

I'm sure glad the rag-tag Continental Army didn't feel that way about the Red Coats coming...they stood firm and brave and the Red Coats were far more organized, proportionately more in numbers, and just as threatening.

A racial uprising is going to happen sooner or later, bank on it. The racial "leaders" will not rest until they have pitted the races fully against each other in a fight to the death. They are being cheered on my communists like obama and the mainstream media.

The race pimps talk the most, the loudest, and make the most threats, but most of us are not out here hiding under our beds, we're getting ready for the inevitable...it won't be a "one-way" war, rest assured of that.

If I lived in a town where I had to be in "fear" all of the time, I think I would move to more friendly surroundings.

Agreed!

We fought the first Civil war over the principle of States Rights (i.e. slavery)! Ironically, the second will be fought over the same thing (i.e. “states rights” to have the constitution adhered to or time to “break up”).

According to the Constitution and existing evidence, BO is ineligible.

Congress IS both guilty and gutless, but it is not their function to question O's eligibility.

The members of the electoral college and party who nominated him to office were the ones responsible to prove and/or question the matter.

I cannot disagree with you.

It’s way beyond PC, into the terriotry of gutless, without principles or honor, or positively with the same goals. I have come to the conclusion that most of the R’s whether elected or talking heads or whatever, have the same goals as Dems, just slower, or milder, or whatever. The “yes but” people.

I know that there are some here and there who are truly principled and want a real Constiutional goverment, but why are they not shouting? And so few - a mere tiny handful - ever dare to mention the non-eligibility of whoever the guy in the White House is.

Do they all have a gun to their back or what?

It is the duty of every US citizen to question Zero’s eligibility.

And even to accept your point (which I don’t), obviously the EC and the Dem party failed. So eveyrone has to live with the resultant hell because they refused to vet him?

Nonsense.

You assume too much. I never said any such thing. I merely pointed out whose responsibility it was.

All this finger pointing in the wrong direction is a waste of time and energy.

BTW - Please keep you knee in the non-jerk position.

Thank you.
