The more I see of this case the more I start to think that men who go into women’s bathrooms ought to be soundly thrashed. I don’t care if this guy happened to be feeling “pretty” that day, or whether he likes to play dress-up, or whether he thinks he’s Julie Andrews. Things from other articles and the interviews with the transsexual and the old woman who was also assaulted:

1. The bathrooms are single stall with an automatic lock. They are customer only - the transsexual had to buy food to get a bathroom key.

2. The boyfriend of one of the two assailants tried to flirt with the transsexual - but was put off in favor of getting to the bathroom.

3. The two women also struck an elderly woman who tried to intervene.

I would assert that the boyfriend implying that the transsexual was more feminine and attractive looking than the two actual women had a hell of a lot more to do with the assault than bathroom usage.

How do we know that? If there was a man in the ladies room, the "ladies" should have just reported it to the manager and have him removed.

It's the difference between civility and jungle law - which the "ladies" seem to prefer.

In the last part of the the scene of the video, they were dragging the victim towards the door...we they just going to throw him/her out of the restaurant, or take him/her outside and finish the job.

It's sort of like the old "Mother-in-law going over the cliff in your new Cadilliac" joke.
