Such things are not uncommon in stores that are open 24 hrs. When I was a kid I worked in a grocery store where some drunk wandered in at 2:30 in the morning and peed all over the pretzels.

Regardless how late the store is open, this story is ridiculous and just crosses the line! It’s reprehensible that someone thinks urinating in a Walgreen’s at 10:30 on a Thursday night is acceptable.
Public urination is reserved for Fri/Sat only! :)
