A gym teacher in Ohio who allegedly had sex with several high school football players now faces multiple counts of sexual battery.
Stacy Schuler, who has been on paid administrative leave since mid-January when the claims first surfaced, was indicted Friday on 16 counts of sexual battery and three misdemeanor counts of offenses involving underage persons, the Dayton Daily News reported.
The 32-year-old is accused of having sexual relations with students on five different occasions in 2010, officials with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office told the newspaper.
Most of the incidents involved members of the Mason High School football team, authorities said.

You bet there are different standards for boys and for girls. In every Western culture (and others as well), since ancient times. Only in this newly feminazid culture we now think there oughta be a single standard. Phooey!

There is not a handful of young men ages 15, 16, 17, and 18 (football players) that would feel that it was abuse to have sex with their hot female coach. Once they found out that that part of the anatomy could be used for something other than writing their names in the snow, it was all over. Go forward 1 year freshmen in college, most colleges have a Consenting adults rule, it the prof isn’t grading you, they can play you. Maybe it is time for that birds and bees talk. As for morals, they start at home and are not learned in school.

As a former high school football player myself, I wouldn't be considering the players victims here. Yes, I'd say something different if the older individual was male. It's a double standard, and that how it should be.
She should lose her job if guilty, but this should be a prison case. I equate it to a traffic ticket. Nobody was likely taken advantage of.

I am reliably told that even consensual sex between a 35-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl traumatizes her. Not a female, myself, so I’ll just take their word for it.
However, I am a male, and can therefore say that it is an undeniable fact that friendly, fun, consensual sex between a 35-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy does **NOT** traumatize him.
Like it or lump it, that’s the way it is.

I don't see how a 16 year old gets the idea of raping someone's daughter from getting some action with a 32 year old woman? It's been many years since I was 16, but most of us guys including the football players (as I was), certainly were far from innocent. We worked hard and played hard. I'm older and wiser today than I was at 16, or 26 for that matter.
Somehow I doubt people would be as ambivalent had it been a male teacher and a female student; or a male teacher with a male student.
You're right. I wouldn't. Males are the stronger sex. Males also don't get pregnant. It's a man's job to protect women. Yes, I have a double standard, and I don't apologize for it.

She must have a terrible esteem problem to have done what she did. She looks attractive and with the right clothes would probably be a knock-out. Why would a woman her age go for a young kid? Self-esteem problem.
She may have been abused herself as a kid - by a male.

Having said all of that, I’m not sure I would really have done it. I believed sex was only right between two consenting adults in marriage or close to it. I still do.
But I really think this poor lady should be cut a break.
